ToolMarks

________________________________________

Toolmarks reflects on the hidden labour of making by reimagining the very instruments that shape objects. Spanners, staple guns, and other studio tools are reclaimed and engraved with patterns drawn from both historical and contemporary traditions of craft and value—transforming the mass-produced into singular artefacts. In this act, the functional becomes poetic: tools that once left marks upon materials now bear marks of their own, carrying memory, ornament, and identity.
