Created in collaboration with Scan the World, this series of sculptural works explores the relationship between digital archives, cultural memory and physical making. Commissioned for a private collection, the sculptures combine multiple 3D scans of museum artefacts into new composite forms, layering objects from different cultures, periods and institutions into single sculptural pieces. Produced through digital modelling and contemporary fabrication, each work questions how cultural heritage is collected, preserved and reinterpreted as archives become increasingly digital and mediated by emerging technologies. Rather than replicating historical objects, the sculptures create new narratives from existing collections, proposing physical artefacts that reflect the evolving relationship between memory, databases and artificial intelligence. The series asks what it means to preserve history in an age where cultural knowledge increasingly exists as digital information.
